At the Central Reservation Office (CRO) in Tirumala, the process for booking Thomala Seva tickets is as follows:
- Pilgrims have to go to the CRO office in Tirumala which is situated opposite the Tirumala Bus Station.
- At the CRO office, next to the Vijaya Bank counter, pilgrims can sign up for the lucky draw from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
