The TTD Lucky Dip is a kind of lottery through which tickets of the high demand tricky Arjitha Seva are booked fairly, which will allow fair access to rituals such as Suprabhata, Tomala Seva, Archana, Astadala Pada Padmaradhana and Nijapada Darshanam in the Sri Venkateswara Temple. It came into use in 2019, and is used instead of advance bookings to prevent the misuse and promote the transparency.
In order to do the registration, we have to register online at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in between 18th and 20th of every month, three months advance (e.g. January registration is done to do the sevas in April). Fans can make a registration with a mobile number and OTP, Aadhar or passport proof, and choosing favorite sevas and dates.
Application is only by one pilgrim per account and the ineligibility period is six months after allotment. Results are availed on the Tuesday after the time of registration closure 10:00 AM and those who are successful are notified through SMS and email by 12:00 PM. Chosen believers should make an online payment within 24 hours. Each seva has around 750 tickets, and there can be large numbers of people attending a seva (e.g. 385,677 attended Suprabhatam in July 2025). The TTD Seva Mobile App is also used to make registration, so the devotees, including NRIs, will be assured of accessibility.

How To Book The TTD lucky Dip
Based on the latest available information the following steps are followed to book the TTD Lucky Dip of the Arjitha Sevas of the Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirumala:
- Visit the site ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in, or download TTD Seva Mobile App in iOS/Google Play Store.
- New registered users: New users will have to access their phone number, verify through an OTP and enter the information such as full name, address and Aadhar/passport number.
- Those who already have an account: Enter your mobile number, or send an email with the password.
- Go to the tab named as Services and click on the option available as Seva Electronic DIP or Lucky Dip.
- Select the preferred Arjitha Seva (e.g. Suprabhatam, Thomala Seva, Archana, Astadala Pada Padmaradhana, Nijapada Darshanam).
The registrations will be allowed between 18 th and 20 th of every month, i.e., 3 months in advance (for e.g. the registrations will be available between 18 th and 20 th of January 2022, for April sevas), beginning at 10:00 AM IST.
Choose favorable seva, date, and fill in the data of up to two people and send the application. An email/SMS transaction ID will be received by you.
The Results will be announced two days after closure of registration i.e. on the Tuesday at 10.00 AM IST and SMS/email notification of Results will be done on 12.00 PM IST.
Look up results on the site by using your enrollment/ mobile/Aadhar number.
In case of being chosen, the seva fee should be paid after 24 hours (no later than by 12:00 PM IST the following day) by entering the online payment gateway (e.g., Suprabhatam: 120, Thomala: 220, Archana: 220, Astadala: 1250, Nijapada: 200).
Once the payment is made, you can get the ticket by downloading it either on the site or on the app.- Show the printout of the ticket along with the QR code or a distinct printed copy of the original ID that was used during registration (Aadhar/passport) at the seva.
